Just somewhere for users to secure their exp and money. Make it so no one, not even people with ops, can rob the bank.

The currency plug-in the server has is secure.  No player can take it without A: Hacking or B: Being sent the money.

Ah, good good. Then a bank plugin may be a popular addition. It can be set to gather interest, have limits, ect.
