Ban Appeal

Hello.

The last time I appealed here was in February (about 3 months ago).

I, as before, have no wish to advertise. I just want to play on a survival server. I should not have talked about another server, and I don't have any ill wishes towards your server. I would like to be unbanned, as it has been many months since my infraction.

Other infractions have been given much less severe punishments:

One punished member was banned for 2 days "for spamming caps, causing drama, being rude to mitty and using an alt account". This same person also used an alt and was banned "for being an alt account for Shyful".

With the consideration of this evidence I have presented, I posit that my punishment is excessive, and should be removed.

Additionally, I noticed on this page...

... that I was banned on April 8, 2015 for Advertising. However, I don't see how this is possible since I was never unbanned in my last appeal.

I've decided to unban your account, the prime reason being i'm giving your account a second chance to come back and hopefully not to make the same mistakes again (if so you may be banned again) and also because it's been many months and you still want to come back and play!

The first link you supplied above was a connection issue which was mistaken for a ban. With the other two bans they were judged on staff members on the server at the time. The reason why your ban date was changed was because of an error with Mojangs username changes and we had to re-ban many accounts again.

The reason why we banned you was primary for the reasons for:
"Telling our members we were a fake and copied server"
"IP server advertisement"
"At the time there were players from another server called Village Craft who threatened to hack and destroy our server. This worried our players and our best solution was to ban any accounts involved for ours and their safety"
